I heard Lara Pack when she was a guest on the podcast, "You Are Not Broken." She discussed why she developed her personalized business, Elixir Play. Basically, she wanted to help women take better care of their personal needs, safely and with confidence. I had recently undergone pelvic reconstruction and my female surgeon discussed how necessary it was to get my vaginal tissue healthy, before and after my surgery. So along with estrogen cream, I decided to embrace the "Use it or Lose it" philosophy. I liked Lara and her mission so I ordered the Ruby vibrator. Shortly after my purchase, I received a lovely email asking how things were going and reassuring me that it was ok to take things slowly. I was encouraged to reach out if I had any concerns or problems. Because I'm petite, I found my first choice to be too large and cumbersome for me. So I replied and explained my dilemma. She immediately recommended a smaller vibrator and sent it, at no cost to me. Wow! I have never experienced this caliber of customer service for anything I ever purchased. The Emerald was exactly right. Later, I received an additional follow-up email to make sure all was well. I'm very pleased with my purchase and glad I decided to patronize Elixir Play.
I think this may have lit the fire.
Not intimidating
So I had given it to her before she went to work yesterday and I think she thought about it all day because when she got home, we couldn’t get dinner out of the way fast enough. She was ready to play.
Exactly what I needed. I wasn’t looking for a huge vibrator. Just something slim for me to start with. Emerald really helps me ease into using a product
